Ellen Macbeth Boomer

Ellen is a freelance writer and editor whose work includes personal essays, cultural criticism, website copy, and books. Several of her essays have been published in literary magazines. A lifelong traveler, Ellen has visited more than fifty countries and considers traveling on the Trans-Siberian Railway with her father as her most memorable adventure. She earned an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Antioch University Los Angeles; an MA in English Education from Teachers College, Columbia University; and a BA in English from The George Washington University.
